so... I have a myspace. I have for years. That's just background info for the thing that's bugging me:

My ex (from OVER 2 YEARS AGO) keeps visiting it. nearly EVERY DAY.
He never messages me or anything though. I don't think he knows that I know.
It's kinda freaking me out.
Dunno what to do.

I MISS THE INTERNET

I've been away far too long! Gerard Way (you all remember, the rockstar I'm stalking?) got engaged... and then unengaged... and then kissed some 19 yr old girl from some band... and I MISSED IT ALL. Craziness.

(Well, now that I've hopefully amused the crap out of all of you ;) )

Happy b-day to me.... 8/16, I turned 21. With very little partying dammit. Designated driver at my own damn party that no one but my two best friends came to. (Some ppl had very good excuses though...0_O threats of bodily harm from crazies!)

On a sadder note, my best friend's rat (1.5 years old), that I care for, has a large mammary tumor. She probably won't be ok.

And my hamster Oliver seems to be in a rather fragile condition, due to her age(5 years) and possible tumors (harder to tell on her).

And one of my elderly desert mice has died, and the other one is very desperate to play with anyone, something she wasn't interested in when she had a companion.

They are all very old, so none of this is unexpected, and they've had good lives, so it's not heartbreaking, but it's pretty much all that's going on right now.

Not te most recent videos (from May), she walks almost on her own now, but they're what's on my computer, and I wanted to try this new video upload thing. She could walk completely if she wanted to, but she's a little nervous about it still. She likes to hold on with one hand. Too cute ;)

Food poisoning?! For a week?!

That concert I was all excited about? Cancelled. They got food poisoning. A WEEK AGO! They must be so sick... awwww.

They need to reschedule... or I'll hunt them down or something. ;)

But the tour doesn't end until July... so maybe they can come back then? :(

And on an actually sad note -

Pepper got very sick, we think she hit her head too hard running from a dog Bean's brother brought into the house. We tried and tried, but there was nothing that we could do. She was put to sleep April 19. She'll always be loved and remembered.

So right now, my happy thoughts are Spiderman 3 (totally awesome), 28 weeks later (28 days later was totally awesome), Shrek the Third (like I even need to tell you about Shrek), Bug (looks cheesy but fun), Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End ("Why should I sail with any of you? 4 of you tries to kill me. One succeeded!"), and both the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban movie and the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows book.

so, being largely french and irish, I'm the kind of girl who needs to tweeze her eyebrows. If I want to have two of them, anyway.

I recently decided to go even beyond that, and try waxing my upper lip. Everyone has certain levels of hair, but when you're pale and that hair is dark, it doesn't work out so well.

So I bought myself a little waxing kit that even had a pain killer cream in it to apply before waxing.

Currently, my upper lip is numb, swollen to a ludicrous level, and bleeding.

But it worked (mostly).

You know what that translates to?
I'll do it again as soon as I need to.

So I'm trying to update my flickr account, watching comedy, when the least funny commercial EVER comes on. An aspca commercial about animals being abused and needing rescue, with Sarah Mclaghlin's (Or however you sell it) "Angel" for the music.
Now I'm crying. Great. I know I post about this over and over, but WHY THE FUCK would you hurt an animal? Why? And then there's neglect... if you don't want to take care of the animal, than you don't want the animal and should give it to someone who does. No animal should be made to suffer just so someone can say "I've got a dog/cat/rabbit/etc."

Now, I'm going back to my flickr updating. I'm going to look at pics of my rescued rodents and my Squeaky (dumped out of a car and left in the woods till we found him) and Pepper (We don't know how she came to be in the condition she was in, but it was bad when we found her.)

LOS ANGELES (AFP) - Producers of the next "Indiana Jones" movie are waiting to hear if former 007 star Sean Connery will return as the main hero's father, the trade magazine Variety reported Friday.

Directors George Lucas and Steven Spielberg, set to begin work on the fourth installment of the film franchise in June along with star Harrison Ford, are trying to coax Connery, 76, out of retirement for the film, Variety said.

Connery, who has been in no films since 2003, said he'd consider returning if he liked the script, the magazine reported.

Ford, 64, returns as the daring archaeologist. The movie co-stars Shia LaBeouf, 20, and Cate Blanchett, 37, likely as Indy's son and love interest respectively.

Producers have kept the plot and even title of "Indiana Jones 4" a tight secret, but Paramount Pictures plans to release the film in May 2008, Variety said.
