Feeling

...your friends surprising you with a giant, frosting covered cookie and a dozen roses in your favorite color, because they know how long it's been since you had a good birthday...

...running and falling into the ocean, still in your shorts and tank top...

...riding in the car with friends who are more like sisters, windows down, music up, going as fast as you can...

...denny's at 3 am...

...8 people on a trampoline, sitting or laying, talking and laughing over the newest Harry Potter book...

..."The Cult of the Trampoline"...

...having a silly motto...

...driving away from your problems, just for a day...

...a shared meal...

...laying in the grass on a sunny day, listening to your friends talk...

...8 people + backpacks in a 5 passenger car with a missing seatbelt...

...letting the rain soak in...

...that first warm night of the year...

...the first night you can feel autumn in the air...

...getting an 'A' on your favorite ddr song...

...playing anything till it hurts...

...any day with a disposable camera involved...

...halloween...

That moment.

i hope you don't mind if we continue our last conversation?

i just had a couple of things to add.
I don't know how your family is really. But, mine was really dsyfuntional. I was really neglected & had no affection from my parents or anything else. The point I'm making by saying that is that even tho it was really bad. There was no real "emotional intanglement" No one said I love you then attacked me verbally or tryed to manipulate me. He husband on the other hand came from a closely knit dsyfuntional family. I mean closely knit as there was a lot of emotional rollercoasting going on.
This is the hardest type of family to get away from. They tie you up emotionally. & control you that way.

Like i said, i don't know you & your family. But, I thot this might be helpful in some way

That was beautiful. You took me back to a time when I was young enough to enjoy the moment without stressing out over everything. Thank you. You have a wonderful talent with words.

felt myself riding the wave readin' this, swirlin' sands of joy whipping tresses about me...

::wide grin::

sometimes feeling is the greatest thing in the world, inside ya seeping out anyway it can, coalescing into myriadic patterns of color...

can't rid the image of ya jumping into da water lol

unfortubatly, it wasn't so much a jump as literally falling... usually I do it on purpose, but this time I managed to step in a hole right when a wave hit my leg, and it knocked me over. My knee is all tender from landing on it... but it was fun. I was soaked, I barely kept my face out of the water. My jeans shorts didn't dry out at all that night.

far from? More like 30 feet to the right. Pretty close to where I tool 'amusement park in winter 2' from. It's a nice beach... we've got new stores and restaurants this year, the towns trying to make it classier.
