SUMMER is almost here!

As an interesting side note, this one isn't just me making stuff up. I have a similar outfit (although not the shoes... not yet...), and I did dye my hair black with blue streaks for a while. I want to do it again, but I also want to donate my hair ( 'Locks of Love' is a charity that takes the donated hair, and uses it to make a wig for a kid with cancer) again. I can't donate it if it's been dyed, so I have to wait. I'm growing it till august, then I'm going to cut and dye it however I please.
